So then a little voice spoke in my mind saying " Good. Now all the typing you did is in vain for such people " But now when you asked the question let me sort it out.
1. Getting Motivated - Its the most important thing to stay motivated. If you start working out and not motivated I bet that you will not stick to the workout more than a week or two. So stay motivated. Watching motivating videos, keep a role model.

2. Focusing On Your Goal - Always focus on your goal. Just going to gym and working out will not work at all. Focus on your goal whether you have to lose weight or gain muscle mass or whether you wanna live a healthy life.
3. Managing Time - 'Time is Money, Spend it Wisely'. Managing time is the most important during working out. It help us to manage everything we do without doing anything in a hustle-bustle. Not only managing time is important but keeping a proper schedule to your workout is also damn important.
4. Preparing A Proper Workout Plan - Having a proper workout plan is important as it help us to do the workout properly without a haywire. 5. Consulting A Physician - It is very very important to consult a physician before you start working out. Consulting a physician before a workout is important to prevent any injury in future as alot of injury can happen if you don't consult a physician.
