Before starting a workout its very important to prepare a proper workout plan. Well the workout plan given below is the one I follow and its very important to change your workout plan after 2 or 3 weeks because just going on with one workout plan on and on bores, so keep doing minor changes like instead of just doing biceps on Tuesday you can do biceps and back (this is just an example).
Monday Chest Triceps Abs
Tuesday Shoulder Traps Abs
Wednesday Back Triceps Abs
Thursday Biceps Forearm Abs
Friday Legs Abs
Everyone workout plans differ, except Monday its an International Chest Day (Just Kidding).
So this is the workout plan that I follow to get ripped but the workout plan differ for different person and if you wanna follow my workout no problem but only if you are okay with it.
