How To Get V-Cut Abs ?

Ripped abs are always incomplete without that V-Cuts. So today I'm gonna show you the secret to that V-cut abs and get them to show it off. So lets begin,

1. Alternate Heel Touch - Perform 3-5 sets of 25-40 reps with a rest of 20 secs in between the sets.

2. Mid Air Leg Rotation - Perform 3-5 sets of 10-12 reps with a rest of 15 secs in between the sets.

3. Planks - Perform 3-5 sets for 60 secs with 30 secs rest in between the sets.

So what the hell are you waiting for ! Just go and get those v-cut and complete your dream physique.
