Bodyweight Legs Exercise

A dream physique is always incomplete if it doesn't consist ripped legs. So today I'm here to teach you the top 5 bodyweight legs exercise to get ripped and those are the one which I follow.

But before we start let me make this clear, NEVER SKIP LEG DAY ! Yes never ever skip your leg day or else you would be having the upper body of a BEAST but lower body of a chicken. So lets start,

1. Squats - It is the best exercise for leg working on your Quads. Perform 3-5 sets of 8-12 reps with a rest of 15 secs in between the set.

2. Walking Lunges - Lunges works on the same muscles the squats do, yet you have to do your lunges. Start with your left leg walk 10 steps, then take 15 secs break and again start with your left leg walking 10 steps. Perform 5 reps.

3. Squats and Jumps - This exercise will focus on all your leg muscle. Perform 3-5 sets of 8-12 reps with a rest of 30 secs

4. One Leg Lunges - Perform 3-5 sets of 8-12 reps with a rest of 15 secs.

5. Calf Raises - Perform 5 sets of 15 reps with 15 secs break. Do the first 5 reps with a neutral grip, the other 5 with wide grip and the last 5 with narrow grip.

So what are you waiting for. Just go and blast your leg muscles and get them RIPPED.
