How To Prepare Chicken During Cutting Period ?

Chicken is the best meal to get ripped and huge. It can help during both the time, gaining as well as cutting. But I've been asked by many that how to cook the chicken during cutting period, as they want the protein as well as they don't wanna gain the weight, as they're cutting. So this post is the answer to the question, How to cook chicken during cutting period ?
The first thing is to know what chicken we have to buy. Bone or boneless. Breast, legs or whole. Lean or just normal. Well the answer is you have to buy boneless lean chicken breast. Its the best source of protein and lean chicken is the best during cutting period. Lean because as you are on cutting period you must not have intake of any kind of fats.

Well the first question solved. The second is how to cook. Well there lots and lots of way to cook chicken but if you are in your cutting period the best way to cook a chicken is to boil it. The reason behind this is, as compared to other way of cooking chicken, boiling is the best way because a boiled chicken contains ZERO Fats. And I don't think you would be needing much fat during your cutting period.

So lets recap everything. The first thing is which chicken to buy, so we have to buy a lean boneless chicken breast. The next thing is how to cook. So to cook our chicken we will boil it. That's all.
