There is a great myth among girl regarding bodybuilding. They think that if they lift weights they will bulk up and will look manly. Well the answer depends. It depend how much heavy you lift and eat. Lifting does make us bulky but lifting proper weights and eating right will help you get a lean sexy figure. And even if you lift heavy it will not affect you because women doesn't produce much testosterone.
Well I'm not much experienced about girls bodybuilding but if you lift heavy you are gonna be bulked up.
So if you wanna lift but don't wanna get bulked up the best thing is to lift light weights and do more reps.
With this eat clean, its damn important to eat clean. If you don't control whats in your plate, I'm sorry dear.
The next important thing is doing proper, short and intense cardio. Cardio helps to burns the fat which makes us look bulky. So cardio will play a damn important role if you wanna lift weight without getting bulked.
