Best Breakfast Meal For Gaining

This is the best breakfast meal for gaining which I'm following to gain muscle. The meal is the best source of protein and carbs and will help you to gain.So here is the meal,
8 Egg Whites (Boiled)
80 gm Oats
4 Rice Cake/Idli
Protein  Shake

This much meal is enough for a good start during gaining period. The specialty of this meal is that it is very cheap, specially in India and will give you good amount of protein and carbs. If you are not able to get rice cake you can also add lean chicken breast (Boiled). This meal can also be during cutting doing some following changes,
4 Egg Whites (Boiled)
60 gm Oats
Protein Shake
