I have got may question regarding forearm workout with bodyweight exercises and my reaction is, Are you kidding me ? First of all there no such thing as bodyweight forearm workout. One can get ripped forearm by doing the regular bodyweight exercises and it will also focus on your forearm too. The best one is neutral grip pull ups and regular chin ups.
But if you wanna really get ripped forearm try hand grips. They will really help you to get ripped forearms and I use it too.
So next time you hear bodyweight forearm workouts, that's fake. And if it works make sure it doesn't causes any injury.
So if you wanna get ripped forearm you can perform neutral grip pull ups and chin ups or you can have hand grip to get the same.
