ABS, ABS, ABS. No matter how much bad physique a person must be having he will always dream to get ripped abs. No matter how hard you train no matter how many hours you work your ass of for abs in gym they will never show up. It will only help you to have strong core but not that shredded high defined ripped abs.
We all have abs. Its nothing but the abdominal muscle which provides postural support and protects our internal organ. The only thing that make it invisible for us is the layer of fats on it. To get ripped abs, as much as workout is important getting rid of fats is also that damn important. No matter how hard you train, if you don't have a clean diet and you can't get rid of fat you will never get that ripped abs.
So the question is, How to get rid of this bloody fat ?
Well there are various ways to get rid of these fats but the best way are as followed :-
