A Keto diet consist high fat, medium protein and less carbohydrate. Yes, you read it right. This diet contain high fat. Its like, eat fat to lose fat.

The answer is, our body gets energy from the glucose present in the carbohydrates. When there is deficiency of carbohydrates in our body, our body uses the fat in our body to produce energy.
