How to do One Arm Chin Ups

In my post - BODYWEIGHT BICEPS EXERCISES (http://rippedindia.blogspot.in/2014/03/biceps-bodyweight-exercises.html) I'd describe chin ups and one arm chin ups. But there are some people out there beginner for one arm chin ups.
One arm chin ups is a quite challenging exercise and once you get you can show it off. Well for doing one arm chin ups you must be able to at least 20 reps of pull up and chin ups without any difficulties. Once you have mastered it you are ready to train one arm chin ups.
Well to start one arm chin ups, just start with chin ups and gradually start subtracting your finger of any one arm ( right or left which ever you are comfortable with) i.e first thumb, then little finger, ring finger, middle finger and index finger. Once you reach index finger try to do 7 to 8 reps and then subtract that index finger too and try to pull yourself up with one arm.

                                                                             
                                                                                                 
                                   
Try this workout on both the arm to learn one arm chin up for both your arms. Once you learn it well keep practising till you get it up to the mark and then do it for bodyweight bicep exercises or to warm up before a bicep workout at gym. BUT DON'T FORGET TO PRACTISE IT FOR BOTH YOUR ARMS.
