How To Get Huge Biceps ?

Well there lots of bodyweight exercises for various muscle like Push ups for chest, Dips for triceps, Hindu push ups for shoulders, pull ups for back and lats.
But have you ever wonder what are the bodyweight exercises for biceps? Well there very few bodyweight exercise for biceps but the best one I chin ups.
To get huge ripped biceps chin ups and one arm chin ups are the best one.

While doing chin ups squeezing the back will also help to get ripped back and the lower you the more stress is felt on biceps while coming up and will also work for your Upper lats.
One arm chin ups are also the best exercise for getting huge biceps. Well you have to follow the same procedure of chin ups for one arm chin ups that is to go as much lower you can.
Chin Ups : Starts with a warm up of 5 reps of 5 sets then start working out 10 reps of 10 sets, with a break of 20 secs between each reps. Gradually, after a week or two make the workout 20 reps of 10 sets.

One Arm Chin Ups : Start with a warm up 10 reps of chin ups the start working out 10 reps for each arms of 10 sets. Rest time for this exercise will be different for each arms. The time taken by one arm will be the rest time for another arm. Gradually, after a week or two make the workout 20 reps of 10 sets.
