A huge, wide chest is the dream of every guy but how to get a huge chest ? Well if you workout at gym for huge chest it can be done just with some more weight and some variety of exercises and bench presses.
But what if you workout at home for chest with bodyweight exercises and wanna have that huge chest ?

Well the best bodyweight exercises for chest is none other than push ups. But the trick for getting that huge chest is not just regular push ups.
The secret is 2-1-2. Well what is this 2-1-2 ?
2-1-2 is the formula I follow while working out for chest with bodyweight exercises. Well 2-1-2 is taking 2 secs to go down (from position 1 to 2), holding the position 2 for 1 sec and taking 2 secs to come up (from position 2 to 3) while doing push ups.
Well doing regular push ups works too, but for better result holding the position no.1 for much time will focus much on your chest and the deeper you go the better results you get.
Well there are variety of push ups for chest, but the best are : Wide ; Neutral ; Diamond/ Close and don't forget to apply the 2-1-2 formula for those push ups for better results.
