The following tips and guidance is the one I followed to grow my height from 4'3 to 5'4. And believe me I'd got great results and I'd kept this secret but now I'm sharing it with you.
1. Stretching - It is the best way to grow height naturally. The give exercise are the one I followed to grow my height. Just try to hold the stretching position as much as you can. The best way to get the results of stretching is to do it right after a jog and before going to sleep. The reason behind this is after a sweating jog our body get contrasted so when we stretch ourselves the muscles gets relaxed or loose and get much more stretched. According to studies, growth takes place only when we sleep, so doing stretching right before sleeping will give better results as the muscle tissues will get much rest and will get repaired. 2. Nutrition - With a great stretching, a great nutrition is also important. Having a balanced diet with all kind of proteins and nutrients will help to get great results to grow height naturally. Among all Milk is the best to get great results. Your diet must contain enough amount of calcium and iron to get your bones strong. Eat various kind of fruits and green veggies will help you to achieve better results.
3. Rest - Taking appropriate rest is damn important. During the this period you must have atleast 7-8 hours good sound sleep. Appropriate rest will help to repair the muscle tissues.
