Benefits Of Waking Up Early

It doesn't matter whether you are a beginner, intermediate or expert or a fucking beast, it really doesn't matter if you don't take appropriate rest. With a great workout out and nutrition, getting enough rest is also damn important. So this post is all about benefits of taking appropriate and waking up early and at the end I'm gonna give some tips which will help you to wake up early.
Rest plays very important role for us. It help to repair the muscle tissues. Inappropriate rest will not help you to get better results. Taking proper rest of about 7-9 hours is very important but remember sleeping more than 10 hours is also not healthy for our body. According to a studies, sleeping less than 4 hours or more than 10 hours shorten our life and I don't think you wanna die early, do you ? So taking appropriate rest is also very important. 
But taking 8 hours sleep and waking up at 10 or 11 am is not good. Waking up late makes a person to skip his/her breakfast which is not good at all. 
Breakfast plays the main role in maintain our nutritional status and skipping breakfast is not good.at all. So waking up early is as damn important as working out. So next time you hear ''Early to bed, early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise'' take it seriously. 
So as I told I'm gonna give you some tips to wake up early, here they are :
1. Going early to bed : Going early to bed plays a very important role as going early to bed automatically helps us to wake up early. The reason behind this is, our body required approximately 8 hours of sleeps. When we get the same, our body gets the required rest and if it gets more rest than required, we wake up.
So going early to bed works as a natural alarm.

2. Setting more than 2 alarms : We all keep only 1 or 2 alarm with respect to the time we wanna wake up. But if this fails too, keep more than 2 alarms viz. if you wanna wake up at 6 keep 5 alarms - 5:50 am, 5:55 am, 6:00 am, 6:05 and 6:10 am. If this doesn't work add as much alarm as you wanna until you are able to wake up at the respective time. And as you start waking up early start eliminating one alarm after weeks and weeks until you are left with your goal time.
