Best Muscle Gaining Meals Made From Oats

Oat meal are the best meal which helps you during both the time, gaining as well as cutting. So in this post I'm gonna show you how to make a gaining oats meal to get a good start at the morning and is damn easy to prepare.
Requirements : 80 gm Oats ( Carbs-53.02 gm Protein-13.51 gm)
                        Skim Milk
                        1 Banana     ( Carbs-27 gm Protein-1.3 gm)
                        10 almonds  ( Carbs-2.4 gm Protein-2.6 gm)
Method :  1. Take 80 gm of oats
                2. Add skim milk and cook approx. 3 mins at medium flame. Stir well.
                3. Once cooked, add sliced banana and garnish with almonds
                4. Your oats meal with 82.42 gm of Carbs and 17.41 gm of Protein is ready to help you gain huge
                    muscles and get bulk.

So this is a great meal to start you day which cooks in few mins and will help you to get huge. I still don't hve any name for this meal but if you have any please share with us.
