How To Get Ripped Triceps ?

A huge ripped, horse shoe shaped triceps is the best muscle to show off. The following bodyweight exercise are the best top 5 that I follow to get huge ripped triceps right from my home. So lets begin,

1. Diamond Push Ups - Perform 3-5 sets of 8-12 reps with a break of 10 secs between each sets.

2. Triceps Dips - Perform 3-5 sets of 20-30 resp with a break of 15 secs between each sets.

3. Bar Dips - Perform 3-5 sets of 8-12 reps with a break of 10 secs between each sets.

4. Triceps Extension - Perform 3-5 sets of 8-12 reps with a break of 10 secs between each sets.

5. Wall Push Ups - Perform 3-5 sets of 20-30 reps with a break of 15 secs between each sets.
