To be a winner and accomplish the dream one has to be highly motivated. Lack of motivation divert the mind from our goals. It's the main reason why some people quit before they achieve some sort of success. They just don't know the answer of WHY? question.
Once it gets tough you have to be your OWN HERO my friend. And you are your own hero if you know why are you you busting your ass in the gym 24/7. To be a highly motivated winner just ask yourself, "Why do I want that dream physique?"
Here's what you need to do to be highly motivated :
1. Prioritize your goals
List all your goals in life and decide what is most important to you at this very moment.Put your 'dream physique' wherever you think it belongs. If your 'dream physique' comes in the top 3 of your priorities then you are very determined to achieve it. In that case you just need to come up with realistic goals than you can succeed.
2. Ask yourself the question "WHY am I doing it?"
As I mentioned earlier your motivation should be aligned with your lifestyle. What do I mean by that? If you are a party animal and wanna attract hot chicks towards you that would be your motivation. Even posing half nude for your Facebook profile picture can be your motivation. Everybody is different and has different answer to the 'WHY' question. To tell you frankly my motivation has been a lot of things like-To be bodybuilding model, to have topless profile picture on Facebook. All this things works as a motivation for me during my workout.
So let me wrap up.
What you need to do stay damn motivated is :
1. Decide on your priorities in life
2. Find the reason why you want to have the 'dream physique'
..............What is left now is to load your favorite music, put your headphones on, press play and go get that 'dream phyique'
