WARNING! Lots of beginner don't know this.......

I hope you enjoyed the BIG 3 routine that I've sent you. I'm sure that if you are persistent enough you will get some nice results out of it. Unfortunately lifting heavy compound exercises is not enough to succeed in gym.
Most of the people ask me whether they should lift heavy weights or should they be doing the exercise as clean as possible ?
Don't be misled by that question as it is not only relevant to complete beginner! Lots of medium experienced bodybuilder also suffer from not knowing whether bigger and heavier is better than clean posture and focus on muscle contraction.
Knowing when to use what-Compound v/s Isolated Exercises
Let me cut it short. You should use both compound and isolated exercises in your workout routine. Period.
All you should know is with which exercises you have to focus on heavier weights. Another key point that you should understand is how far you can go with cheating for lifting heavier.
For example an exercise like Deadlift can lead to serious injury if you are just focusing at heavier weights. If you neglect this you can end up seriously injured.
Some of you may ask :
"What is the difference if we should watch for a proper form with compound exercise?" Well the SECRET lies in the different phases of the exercise and speed they are performed with.
Compound exercises are done faster and without watching the two phases of the movement (concentric and eccentric, see below). On top of that you are not obliged to have very good control over the weight.
Another thing you should remember is to do the compound exercises in the beginning of the workout while isolated should be done at the very end.
